Kanmon Kaikyo Bridge

"THE BIG BRIDGE" is the usual cry from the back seat when we drive into Kyushu on the way to Ba-chan's holiday cabin there. This is the symbol that we are "on the last lap" as my mother used to say to us on trips to England from Scotland when I was M's age.

The moon was particularly fetching tonight, which left me wishing my lens was a bigger one, and my tripod hadn't broken as soon as I took it out of the car to take this blip.
