Pompoms

My parents arrived back from a 10 day holiday today. As we haven't seen them for nearly a fortnight, Hubbie, Ethan and I drove over to Beith this afternoon to see them. They were quick to say how much he has changed during this time and how much chubbier his cheeks are. Of course they both enjoyed lots of cuddles with him too and enjoyed showing him off to a couple of their neighbours!

I spotted these flowers in their garden which I seem to remember from my childhood are called pompom primulas. They're a flower I associate with my parents as I've never seen them anywhere else before.
