Anyone know a locksmith?

In a park in Riga there's a bridge that newly weds visit on their wedding day.
The groom carries the bride over the bridge and they fit a padlock on the railings and throw the key into the river below.
Our guide reckons some of them take scuba lessons later to get the key back!
