or glasses,in this case. Apart from a very brief trial of contact lenses, I have worn a pair all day, every day, for about 22 years,since I was 7. My mum always blamed me need ing glasses on my nocturnal reading habits. I used to perch on the window sill and read by the light of the street lamps.

I did think of taking a photo of the milk bottles we get from here. Something like this one I took the other day.
