Left & right

I have a few pairs of cycling which have an L or an R. I assume this to make sure you put them on the correct feet so that all the padded bits are in the places they should be.

Problem is that just when you get the hang of making sure your feet are correctly coded the letters wear off in the wash and you've no idea what way round your feet should be.
