Margarita time

This is what happens to a frozen Margarita (aka "slush puppy" if you are A'desk) when K spills her red wine big style over the table.

It also doubles as a visual aid for today's exam prep question for those of you who are working hard ..... Why does the wine form a layer on the top?

I, of course, will be leaving the explanation to the science buffs amongst you then I will decide which response sounds the most likely answer - reputations at stake here!!
