Prom Night!

This is Taylor, the niece of one of best friends. Tonight was her prom night and I was asked to shoot some before prom photos of her and her date. Well I miss understood the time I was suppose to shoot and arrived late. So I had to hurry up and get some shots for her before they had to leave for dinner.

I shot this one in an old wood shed next to their house. The roof was made of some type of frosted fiberglass which turned the shed into one giant soft box. The shed made beautiful light. Perfect for portraits! I had to do a little convincing to get her in their with all the spiders and such :) And I'm glad I did because I'm pleased with the outcome.

This is my favorite shot out of them all even though you can't see her dress. She's giving me her genuine smile and not that JC Penny portrait crap smile!
