5th Wedding Anniversary

5 years ago today, MrsCyclops and I got married at Balbirnie House Hotel. Photos of us and all our guests on the portico are great memories of the day, so we thought a slightly less formal shot would make a nice addition to the collection today when we went there for a celebratory dinner.

What a dinner it was too. Canapes with drinks when we arrived, I had a mushroom and onion confit lasagne with parmesan sauce to start, followed by Loch Duart salmon and a chocolate mousse to die for. Really great food as always. Thanks to my parents for giving us this dinner as a christmas gift!
