LCD Soundsystem

Last night I was back in the Barrowlands joining the sticky, sweaty seething mass enjoying the magnificent LCD Soundsystem. Excellent night, pity James Murphy says that this new album is the last so the chances of seeing them again are slim. As an old skool muso it was refreshing to see a band using so many synths etc. and not a MacBook Pro in sight. I did love the the banks of shoddily wired "stuff" generating sounds; very 70's Eno or Hawkwind.

There was a few Drunk Girls.

Saturday I'm off to The Singing Kettle, I'll be the Dad in the toddler mosh pit. What a come down.....
