Grumpy

I started today in a grump. After a really great weekend Hannah just seemed to cry no matter what I tried. She just screamed and screamed.
The washing machine is still bust and the repair people seem completly inept. They don't even seem able to order a part without having us nag them 3 times.

Our friends from Leeds came over to say hello to Hannah (and us!!!). They told me my blip was too happy, I never seemed to have a bad day. I needed more grumpy posts. But...

they cheered up my day. Hannah made it through the pub lunch without any sustained crying. Food was great, and now we don't need to cook tea.
Hannah has played nicely ever since. She's smiled at us in the bath for the first time (she always looked worried up until now).
And I painted the gate that has been sat in our dining room for 3 months waiting for me to weatherproof it so it can go in the yard.
What am I to do? I tried to do a grumpy blip but I just can't stay in the grumps. Sorry Denzil, today was a great day.
