Advanced lock with manual override

The door on the photo is the entrance to the design-dept. at my work.
This door can be locked, to keep out unwanted visitors, because anyone can come up to this point and other companies are also located on this floor.
Safety regulations however demand this orange hammer, because there is a fire-escape on the other end of our department.
