If you can't run with the big dogs...

I don't know, but this is one big dog. He's about Great Dane height, but built like the Governator. The owner said he's called a Boer Bull, the Boers being the Afrikaner farmers who settled in South Africa a few hundred years ago.

Laura showed me this secret scenic walk to work, so I get to say Hi to the big puppy every day. He's very polite for a guard dog, and is starting to wag his tail when I visit.
