Allegra

It's the name of this charming group of singers, one of four choirs that comprise the nonprofit group Bellingham Sings. The organization, founded and directed by Ann MacDonald, is a musical arts community of non-professional singers who are dedicated to the study and performance of all styles of choral music.

Ann is the one in purple, second from the left in the front row.

There are three women's choruses (C sings in one of the others, and helps with the publicity), and one men's chamber choir that I sing in. We're all rehearsing for our joint concert on May 14th.
