We had a team offsite today at work, and our team took part in the insights training where you learn what personality you and your teammates are and how to best interact with people of different types and work styles. For the exercise in this pic, you had a color wheel of the four types (yellow, red, green, blue) taped to your back and your co-workers initialed where they think you are. Very cool training...I highly recommend it! www.insights.com.
