Monitor Lizard....Hiding! Look Closely!!

had a nice morning.. had the car back today!

on the way back from buying stuff for some cards i need to make i called into pantai meragagng..
its on the way home and i love to get to see the sea..

It was scorching there.. took a few piccies of the seashore.. the logs .. a man standing in the shade.. and decided to go see if anything was Lurking behind the little stalls that are they (and NEVER open) theres usually puppies there ,that the workers feed..
As i walked behind the stalls, i heard a sudden scurry, and saw a HUGE monitor lizard disappearing into the undergrowth!
Oooooohhhhhhh.. how exciting.. and this thing was huge! id say a good 5 to 6 feet in length..
i waited there a while to see if he would come out from the undergrowth.. but.. he didnt..
although he did have a brief look at me , to make sure i was still there.. then ran off into the water and swam to the other side of the bank.

its not the best picture ive taken today, but its the one that i think people will be intrigued by..
hes definitely In there somewhere, behind the plastic bag and the twigs!
