Hot Chilli Pepper

This nice fat chilli was charred in the gas flame, then chopped up, sprinkled over mozzarella, scattered with freshly torn basil, drizzled with olive oil... sea salt & freshly ground black pepper.... and pushed into a lightly toasted ciabatta...
