Beach Huts

One of the great pleasures of living on the South Coast is walking along the beach after work - it clears all the cobwebs, helps you relax....

The beach that we usually go to has a wonderful row of beach huts set high on a pebble beach. Sea kale was starting to emerge through the pebbles - I've always been thought about picking a few leaves to cook at home but as its a favourite haunt for dog walkers, I think I'll give them a miss!

This evening I could almost smell the summer in the air... even Woofer Jnr must have felt it as he went into the sea for his first dip; me, I need a good few more days of hot sunshine before I could even be tempted.
