Sovereign House, West Regent Street, Glasgow

I think this building in the centre of Glasgow is incredible. It makes you feel like you could easily be in a time warp, transported back a very long time ago.

I am fascinated by very old buildings that are still standing now amidst modern society, buses, traffic and suited up office workers scurrying to and from work.

There are so many amazing examples of architecture to choose from in Glasgow but photographing this in the negative, on a dismal rainy Monday lunchtime, really emphasises the detail of the building and gives it a magical quality, which I quite like.
