Lime light

I awoke this morning to see the sun shining after a solid week of rain, so thought I had better try & take advantage of it. This morning I searched for inspiration in our garden as the suns warm morning rays lit the dew on the leaves. Whilst there wasn't much dew on these lime leaves, I loved the way the sun back lit the leaves & touched on the buds.

I definitely have to purchase a digital SLR. Trying to take quality photographs with our Sony Cyber-shot just isn't cutting it. It was purchased as a happy snap camera when our daughter was born. After trial with the Cyber-shot I've decided that I'll start using our Canon EOS 50N SLR instead & just get the film processed & burnt to a CD-ROM until I can afford a nice Canon digital SLR body. I'll just have to keep a log of the photographs & upload the backlog when done.
