Graduation

Wednesday evening and off to the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg for the graduation ceremony of the IMM Graduate school of Marketing.

A few years ago both James and Adele decided to enrol in a diploma course on Marketing, which they have subsequently completed.
Being parents with full time jobs, two small children, a house to run, it took blood, sweat and tears to complete this diploma.
Determination and hard work paid off, and tonight we are privileged to share this occasion with James and Adele.

Since Adele had completed the course slightly ahead of James, her graduation ceremony was held a few month ago.
On the evening of her graduation, due to a misunderstanding, the six distinctions she had earned, were not mentioned ... !
Being a woman of steel and iron, she immediately enrolled in the follow-up degree course, that of Bachelor of Business Administration.

I admire young people who, despite having full time jobs and many other commitments and obligations, still have the courage to embark on this difficult road of self improvement.
