Knoydart Re-entry

Just arrived home, back from an incredible long weekend in magical Knoydart - check out the backblips from the past couple of days - Saturday and Sunday.

Exhilarated from the trip, which was more than I'd hoped for, but tired and sore. Walked further than I ever have in my life over the weekend, but such a joy in such a stunning landscape with amazing, inspiring friends.

The train back from Mallaig was filled with other folks returning from their own wilderness adventures, but getting on a rush hour train at Glasgow Queen Street felt really odd. Surrounded by stressed commuters...re-entry is always odd and difficult.

This amazing car was one of the treasures unearthered in one of the outbuilding next to the Bunkhouse in Inverie. Fabulous old thing.
