Grit and Hard Work

This is one of my roughneck friends from Rig 249. Here he is doping up the top-drive prior to picking up another stand of drill-pipe from the derrick. He is making it look harder than it is :-p It was pretty windy, and I know these guys work hard, and work well as a team.

Experimented with RAW today...we'll see where that takes me!
