Another image from testing - this one taken with my usual lens, however, as part of a comparison test. The usual lens did better (it's actually a very nice lens).
This weird landscape is on the river bank underneath the large bridge outside my house (which has appeared in many blips). These are shaped like sandbags, but as hard as concrete. Is this some sort of strategy where they throw down bags of concrete and spray them with water? Bags of pre-mixed concrete? Dunno. I think it's supposed to prevent erosion, but that's really just a guess.
I was only able to remember one picture of this bridge by date, and appropriately, it was the last picture I ever took with my ill-conceived idea to try using medium format. Another thing that got sent back for a refund.
