ART WALK-Little Italy

After church, my girl and I went down to Little Italy via the trolley. The smell of sausage and kettle corn filled the air. It is the 2010 ART WALK. The booths were full of photographers and artists exhibiting and selling their creations. Beautiful artwork, amazing metal work, jewelry, musicians. Of course I couldn't shoot the artwork, so I shot my own...this is one of the surrounding buildings. I thought it looked JUST LIKE ART to me. Loved the colors and the way the center picked up the building from across the street.

It was crowded, many peeps brought their dogs, some dressed quite fashionable, it is fun to people watch. The restaurants were packed, the day was warm, I enjoyed the creativeness of others. It is so inspiring to see what others do. Some things I can't figure out how they did it...others things make you say "I could do that".

All and all, it was fun. I love that part of town. The flavor, the shops, the city vs the small ethnic community. Very charming!

But now...I will spend the rest of the evening with my hubby...he isn't much into the crowds, he hung out with Jase, I on the other hand...love to see the sites...give me more!!!

It is almost Monday again....march on to victory!!!!
