Trip to AZ #1

After I came home from work, we packed quickly and left for our little airport. Because my husband works at the airport, we dropped him first and then went on a quick excursion for food and fotos.

I managed to find these beautiful little yellow flowers up behind the airport on a gravel road.

I found a lot of peace trying to look for a nice photo instead of worrying constantly whether we'd be able to get on our flight or not (standby).

We did manage to get on our flight but only made it to Portland for the night. Tomorrow will be a long day attempting flights for Phoenix, AZ
