3200 runners starting

The sky was cloudy, the weather was cool, it was raining and still more than 3200 runners competed today in the Lehigh Valley Half Marathon. The proceeds from the race benefit the Lehigh Valley Road Runners youth fitness programs.

This was the 25th time the race has been held in the Lehigh Valley. It was reported that today's entrants came from 30 states and three countries.
