Tillyfourie

Last Monday morning my mother in-law had 7 brothers and sisters.

By the Monday afternoon she had 8.

Out of the blue, out of no where, her half brother William who no one knew existed popped into see their mother.

He's been accepted into the family and seems very nice. We had a family meal in Alford on Saturday so we could all meet "Uncle Billy".

On the way home Emma and I stopped in Tillyfourie, where Emma's mum grew up as a kid. This photo is where their house once stood. It was demolished to make way for a Forestry Commission road.
