Potential new flat

Went for a second look at a flat I was interested in today. Had a wander around the location to get a feel for the environment. Beside the Water of Leith, it was picturesque enough - even saw someone fishing! In the city! Will ponder it some more, but in the meantime, have more viewings of my place to do first...
