Caviar and oysters

A friend of mine is a cook at Le Chalet de la Forêt in Brussels. It's a fine restaurant awarded with Michelin star.

Ok, I'm not too fan of oysters, actually it was my first try. Afterwards I heard that I should have finished my plate... some people don't understand that others don't love oysters, it's a real wonder. Anyway the food and the restaurant were great, I'd recommend them for anyone.
