Shri Ganeshay Namah

First day of blip. Joined it after almost a month, on a friend's suggestion. Was thinking for a while today about a good idea to post the FIRST picture on blip. And guess what?...just looked at the Lord Ganesha idol in my room and I got my idea....what better way to start blipping than posting Ganesha idol picture taken today...According to Hindu religion rituals, its considered very auspicious to start anything new in your life with the worship of God Ganesha....and that's what I'm doing today....

"Vakratund Mahakaya, Suryakoti Samaprabhaha,
Nirvighnam Kuru Me Deva, Sarvakaryeshu Sarvada".

meaning, "The Lord with the curved trunk and a mighty body, who has the magnificance of a Million suns, I pray to you Oh Lord, to remove the obstacles from all the actions I intend to perform."

May God give me the vision and the strength to continue with the work I love most.
