8 men training muscles - 1 man training voice

Have seen this sports group in Münster. Speed was quite impressive. Ages ago the cox had a drum to coordinate his crew. Today they've got a microphone and speakers. It was quite funny to hear his instructions although I was sitting quite far away. :)
