Tech Junkie

Do I need this? Tried an iPhone, returned it. Since retirement I'm simply not using a cell phone as much. Plus, the reception in our immediate area leaves much to be desired. Considered an iPod touch but already have an MP3 player.

Logical alternative - the iPad! A mini-laptop with email, photo/video storage, thousands of apps., eBooks, and most important - WiFi capable. Already have WiFi in the house and tons of places with access out and about. Best of all, wouldn't have the sky high data charges that go with the cell connection required for the iPhone.

I think I just talked myself into and iPad.
