Pain relief

A day of mixed fortunes.

Hurt my lower back, chest muscles, right arm, right elbow, right leg and knee humfing 2 well filled brown wheelie bins up 3 stairs to put them out last night. Today has been a day going ouch, aaaaaa, oooooo, f**k.. etc etc..

Painkillers are all very well but with the contents of this shot I'll be heading for all over body numbing tonight.

On another note, those nice folks at BBC News Scotland published another of my shots in their "Your Pictures" section today, 2nd in 2 week. Quite chuffed.
