Storyteller Series - #26 Neighborhood Bench 13+14

This is the 1990 census tile and the 1994 tile that mentions Sol Price, who ultimately helped fund this art project that is being featured in this series of blips. The first reference to the Price Charities is in this blip.

Tomorrow I will post the pie charts of the six census facts found on the Neighborhood Bench even though we won't get to the 2000 census for a couple more blips.  There are more fact tiles separating the 1990 and the 2000 census information to be easily read on one photo.
Then we will be blipping the graphics and art on the sides of the bench.
