I had a big long rant here about how sad it is that we have to be told the obvious because of the few who do really strange things like speed up when they don't know what's coming or breathe deeply when they open the bleach bottle or get out the spoon and start chowing down on their face cream!!!

But I don't enjoy ranting-so I deleted it.....then I explained it all....so here it is again sort of...
