Los Angeles

After an 6 hour flight, Claire and I drove into L.A. with our brand new silver Dodge. We had a pretty amazing first day. We went up the hills to Griffin Park Observatory and looked out over the City. Did some vintage shopping and inspiration for the up coming collection.

At night we met up with Claire's friends and had dinner at JONES, where Josh Hartnett sat down next to us(!) With the three hour time difference we were pretty tired so when we came home to Claire's friends house in West Hollywood we were pretty much ready to go to bed. But since we're only here for a couple of days we went out with our temporary roommates Marouan and Edward for a drink in Hollywood. We drove this really cool old blue Mustang to Hollywood to a cocktailbar where I spotted more moviepeople.

I am enjoying myself so far but not sure what to think of L.A. as a city. Get's kind of boring needing to drive everywhere already. But this is only the first day..
