I'm a little teapot

Well, no, actually I'm a big teapot. Another recent charity shop purchase, more because it looks pretty and goes with the kitchen tiles rather than the fact that we needed a teapot. Napoleon and I test drove this little beauty a few days ago and sadly it seems to have failed. Though the hande is very attractive, it's not very useful when it comes to pouring! I'm not willing into give up on it yet though.

As the weekend approaches I am:
-looking forward to seeing my nephew finally (time differences have prevented a skype chat thus far)
-awaitig a big skype catch up with my old friend from home; it's been over two months!
-hoping to finally tackle my sewing projects (though I say this every weekend)
-going to hopefully wrap up some holiday plans for next month to the west coast.

(Now that I've written them down, maybe they'll actually all happen!)
