Beautiful Rhyl

Rhyl gets a bad press but the beach there is great. I spent many happy days on the beach as a child with my grandad building us cars and boats in the sand. Hes not too well now but im sure he has lots of good memories to look back on over his long life - and not just of beautiful Rhyl.

Also had a great ride tonight (26miles in 2hours including a beer stop)in training for the Lon Las Cymru next week.
