Yet another Wednesday Night Booze at the Standing Order. Tonight, the excuse was that somebody was bringing their nipper along, and they needed somewhere baby friendly.

Every time we go there I dread it, but end up quite happy. Tonight I had the sausage, beeans and chips, and it was well tasty. Just what I needed. And Bitter and Twisted on tap for £1.79.

I now plan to make good on my observation from yesterday, put the technologies away and read a book for a while. With a nice cup of tea, of course.
