help! I'm all ripped up

Uploading this in retrospect. Took this on way to work. Number one son had a puncture several months ago, and insisted on riding bike home from work - well as far as he could, then walked/carried it the rest of the way. By the time he got home the inner tube was ripped and wrapped around the wheel, and the outer tyre was slashed. He's never got round to fixing it- he uses the car or runs now, so it's low down in his list of priorities.

Working today. I find I'm not enjoying work as much as I used to, and have cut my hours by a few hours a week. When I change jobs next year I plan to look for even less hours.
