Eucalyptus blooms

Aren't these gorgeous?? I've never noticed them before this year. The eucalyptus tree in my backyard doesn't get these pink tufts, but the leaves are different (they are short fat leaves, these are long and skinny). The hummingbirds love them! I can usually spot one anytime I see these trees. The hummers were aluding me today....except the one in my backyard. Only he wouldn't come closer, so I wasn't happy with his picture. And I like the blue sky here. It was a beautiful day today! (Rain tomorrow!!)

So the new hummer in my backyard is a rufus! So pretty! He's here
