Windy Day

It was a cool windy day with white puffy clouds that we rarely have here in the Bay Area. These flags were flying in front of the new addition to John Muir Hospital--still under construction.

Tried to blip baby ducks on the canal--the first I've seen this year, but I had neither a long lens nor a steady hand so they were unusable. I'm left with a sweet memory of frantically paddling little feet on balls of fluff.

Also saw both live and dead quail. The dead one up close so I could see his beautiful feathers. RIP little fellow. The live ones are pairing up so there should soon be little queues of baby quail to melt my heart as well.

My eyes are still giving me grief so I'm not able to comment as much as I would like, but I can't resist browsing through some of these great photos.
