Ash in the sky

Ash tree that is :-) This skeletal ash tree looked nice against the blue sky in which the human eye can see not a trace of volcanic ash. I also like the way the arrangement of the branches are so regular. Whenever I look at an ash tree without its foliage the lines that High MacDiarmid wrote that go something like "fae the tapmaist twig o a leafless ash the stormcock sings his sang" always go through my mind.
