Smokey

I did make it out for an evening stroll yesterday, but came back without a suitable frame to upload. It looked as if the day may have been barren, Blip-wise, and I put thoughts in that direction aside.

However, with about half-an-hour to go before midnight, I began trying to get a shot of Smokey. I took several where he managed to blur or move out of shot in the gap between pressing the shutter and the flash going off, and he even wandered sulkily up to the study to avoid my relentlessly papparazzi tactics.

With five minutes to spare, mollified by the swivel-chair (always a winner), he relaxed sufficiently for me to take this shot.
