Chinese Take Out

Our first Chinese take out food from....China.

With help from our friend, colleague, and assigned contact at our school, Shaka, we ordered take out from a nearby restaurant for us and The Goose's father.

Since our Chinese is very limited, he made the phone call for us and ordered the food.

About 30 minutes later, a man on a motor-bike came by and we met him with the money at our school's gate.

The Goose is a vegetarian, so here, she is enjoying some wonderfully flavored eggplant over rice. Her father and I enjoyed diced spicy chicken over rice.

Such a fun and tasty first time experience.
