Dandelion

I blipped this pot early in the year, when a few green shoots were peering up and out of the soil. Now look at them! Enjoying the sun and looking jubilant. (I can't grow any other crop - the dandelion is the only plant that seems to be able to withstand the slug/snail attacks.) The young leaves taste delicious. I may even try to make some coffee this year, once they've seeded.
