Sunny!

What a lovely day. The sun beckoned a walk down the South Bank and it was crowded with tourists. Possibly many decided to spend the day in London rather than at an airport. It was strange to see clear blue skies over London - no vapour trails, no planes and no consistent, distant rumble of overhead aircraft.

In the evening, I met up with friends for a meal at Catherine's house. We've decided to take turns to host a dinner party. Crikey! I'd better get the flat sorted. And learn how to cook.
