Muddy old river

Assiniboine River in Winnipeg flowing past an off-leash dog park in the middle of the city. Everywhere you look are tiny glimpses of spring - miniscule buds on the trees, grey/brown grass showing flashes of fresh, bright green, dogs and kids running and playing together and a general feeling of joy and freedom in the air. Wonderful day.
