yoga was great today - goldfrapp and streching. no better way to shake off a guinness, lager and rum hangover.
had a afternoon out at the evilgoat residence for mrs evilgoats birthday BBQ. so thought the lovely piped buns mrs eg made and a bread roll would make a good 100.
