Salt of the Earth

Hummph. A poor quality and frustrating day today mainly due to an ongoing migraine which started on Friday, lifted yesterday, only to return in the evening and pester me relentlessly through the night. As a consequence much of the day has been spent drained, looking pale and interesting and horizontal on the sofa.

The rotten weather - though it's looking better now - and inactivity has also meant a sparse blip day. After a long chat with one of my wisest pals who offered some interesting solutions to curing debilitating heads, as a tribute to her I give you my salt pig - practical, handy and makes things seem a bit better.

With any luck normal service will resume tomorrow.
